Schedule of when some Vendors Pay Us Commission?

We will provide below a Schedule of Commission Payments to Us from some vendors as they each have a different payment timeframe.

We have setup with most vendors to pay us via Direct Deposit, if they do offer that option, so we can in turn can payout our agents quicker.

The payout time-frame may differ between Individual Bookings and Group Bookings.

We will apply the commission to your CBS Form as we receive from the vendor. Our payout to the Personal Travel Agent will then be released around the 27th of the month so your commission is deposited in your iCb eWallet by the end of each month unless otherwise noted.

There are times when we will receive the commission from the vendor after our cut-off date and therefore we will pay out your commission the following month.

If a CBS Form is not entered and we can not find the proper agent, then the commission is LOST.

You can always call the vendor directly to see if commission payment has been made to us as we DO NOT HOLD any commissions. Keep in mind that it does take some time reconcile the commission.
